eugenics

i went on youtube to watch live videos of led zeppelin so i could drool over 24-year-old robert plant but unfortunately then i was shown videos of politics and i couldn't help myself.

and then i saw a reddit post (been spending too much time on there, i need to stop spending time on reddit) where someone had posted a clip of fox news to point out the murderous eugenic rhetoric they airing on there, namely they were discussing unhoused people and 'the mentally ill' and asserting that such people should be put in prison.

host A: you can't give them a choice. either take the resources that we're gonna give you...or you gotta be locked up in jail. host B: or involuntary lethal injection...just kill 'em.

well hearing that made my blood run cold. it's not like i didn't know we're already at that point, but to hear it said so baldly on a cable news network is. chilling. the video ended and i sat there totally stunned or several minutes.

i guess i feel like i need to figure out how to flee the country.

home decor

i went to target to buy tiger balm and superglue and somehow i walked out with an enormous whiteboard to hang in my living room (i love white boards) and a letter board which i hung above the head of my bed so it can fall in the night and conk me on the head.

a letterboard with the text: there are many ways to be a man, even ways that kansas can't understand

this is a quote from the poem from the fanfic i wrote about the other day. the letter kit did not come with enough A's to account for all the assonance.

obvious conclusion

this morning when i woke up i was lying with my head at the foot of the bed. i can only assume this is because i was abducted by aliens and they put me back in my bed wrong.

led zeppelin

when i listen i can hear a straight line from them to: the white stripes, queens of the stone age, the decemberists

yesterday's song of the day was 'down by the seaside' off the album physical graffiti.

today's song of the day is 'no quarter' off the album houses of the holy.

nobody told me that robert plant was out there wearing fruity little outfits. nobody told me that he looked like an angel.

animated gif. robert plant stands before a microphone wearing tight tight tight jeans and a tiny open blouse that leaves most of his torso exposed. he puts his hands on his hips and flips his hair back.

photo. robert plant sings on stage. he leans to the side with one knee bent. he is wearing tight blue pants and a blue velvet cardigan that is open in the front and leaves his chest exposed. there is a red flower sticking out of his belt buckle.

animated gif. a close of robert plant's face, surrounded by his voluminous curly hair. he flicks his hair off his face with his thumb, smiles, and takes a drag off his cigarette.

photo. robert plant stands before a microphone. he looks over his shoulder with his hands on his hips and a playful smile. he wears a t-shirt that says "NURSES DO IT BETTER!" under a long sleeve blouse covered in tiny polkadots. his pants are so tight you can see the bulge of his wiener.

candid photo. robert plant. he stands before a blank gray wall, smoking a cigarette. he wears extremely tight jeans that show off his bulge and a woman's red and black blouse that is covered in a pattern of cherries, open in the front to show his bare chest
